With 20 years of experience in Clinical Orthodontics, Dr. Garro graduated from dentistry in 2001 and worked for Align Technology for 12 years providing clinical support and education holding positions that include Clinical Staff, Clinical Support Specialist, Clinical Support Manager and Director of Clinical Education, EMEA. Dr. Garro was also on the Align European Leadership Team where she led initiatives that included University Programs, European Advisory Board, Speaker and KOL Programs. Dr. Garro is an International member on AAO, WFO and ALADO. She has dedicated her career to the orthodontic profession specializing in Clear Aligner Education. Since 2013 she practices orthodontics San Jose, Costa Rica and is the Clinical Director of ClearTPS were she leads a team of Clinical Experts and has overseen the management of over 100,000 clear aligner treatment plans.

Dr. Donna Galante graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1984 where she received her DMD degree. She spent another 2 years at the same University and obtained her specialty certification in Orthodontics in 1986. Her first private practice was in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and she also was a clinical instructor in the department of orthodontics at Penn from 1986 through 1993. In 1992 she achieved the American Board of Orthodontics Diplomate Certification. Marriage took her to California in 1993 and she currently practices with her husband, fellow Orthodontist, Paul Cater in Northern California. They treat over 80% of their cases with Invisalign and are currently Diamond Plus providers with over 5000 cases submitted. Dr. Galante has lectured both nationally and internationally on both the clinical aspects of Clear Aligner Orthodontics as well as on marketing and practice development. In 2016, she was awarded the Invisalign Instructor of the Year.

Dr Frank Celenza is a second generation dentist. His father, by the same name, was an internationally acclaimed teacher, author and speaker in the field of Prosthodontics. Dr. Celenza Jr. is uniquely dual-certified in the specialties of both Orthodontics and Periodontics, a very unusual and distinctive set of credentials. This dual specialty uniquely positions him to a deeper appreciation and understanding of the adult dentition, from treatment planning right through to treatment execution. He has been involved in Post-Graduate teaching for over 20 years at institutions such as New York University, and currently a Rutgers, NJ. He is widely published in the dental literature and has written six textbook chapters. He is an acclaimed speaker at major dental conferences both domestically and internationally. Dr. Celenza has pioneered techniques and innovations in his field and his work combining implant dentistry with orthodontics was ground-breaking. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Celenza is passionate about Motor Sports (a 2011 and 2012 National Champion), Cycling and Bass Guitar. He was raised on Long Island, NY, currently resides in New Jersey and has 3 children. Dr. Celenza has offices in New York City, and Westchester County, NY.
