This letter will assist your patients with claiming Clear Aligner Treatment on private health insurance.
If a patient pays in full on commencing treatment, they can provide this letter to their insurer to claim as long as they are still in the Active Phase of treatment.
Not all Health Funds require the dates of appointments attended.
Some Health Funds will provide a final orthodontic rebate to the patient on completion of treatment and when retainers are provided.
